A comprehensive approach
We take responsibility for the overall delivery of construction projects, which also covers general construction services. We have the expertise and skills required to independently carry out construction projects big and small, including dealing with all relevant formal and legal matters as well as providing the necessary technical consulting. We handle all stages of the project development process – from planning to execution, end to end.

A project owner's mindset
We adopt a 360° perspective in our practice. When acting as a general contractor, we approach every new construction project holistically, thinking in terms of return on investment already at the briefing stage. We plan responsibly and for the long term, always looking to come up with several development paths and potential business opportunities within a single project. We effectively identify risk factors, which safeguards the project against unforeseen circumstances and pivots in the context of the intended purpose of the constructed facility.

Experience in the construction of structures for various purposes
We specialize in large-scale construction projects – including build-to-suit projects. We build the following types of multi-story structures:
- industrial buildings (production and warehouse buildings with staff welfare, sanitary, and administrative facilities, storage buildings – including high-bay warehouses and logistics and transshipment facilities),
- commercial buildings (retail and shopping facilities),
- public utility buildings (exhibition halls).
